Request for return/refund can be made under the following conditions:
● Did not receive the order
● Received the wrong product
● Received an incomplete product
● Received a product with physical damage
● Received a product with functional damage
Applying for return/refund due to change of mind is prohibited. Please also note that return of personal items, such as undergarments, innerwear, swimsuits, & adult products is prohibited.
Refund for damaged/faulty overseas products, specifically under mobiles and consumer electronics, may be raised within seven (7) days after the date of delivery.
For items bought via Bundle Deals, return/refund will ONLY be applicable to the entire bundle. Partial requests is prohibited. Should the bundle contain any items ineligible for returns, you will not be able to return the entire bundle.
Please note that request that does not meet Shopee’s Return and Refund Policy are ineligible for return/refund.
