Request for return/refund can be made under the following conditions:
● If the buyer received a wrong item (e.g. wrong size, wrong colour, different item)
● If the buyer received a damaged/faulty item
● If the buyer did not receive the product(s)
For items bought via Bundle Deals, return/refund will ONLY be applicable to the entire bundle. Partial requests is prohibited. In addition, Should the bundle contain any items ineligible for returns, you will not be able to return the entire bundle.
Applying for return/refund due to change of mind is not allowed. Seller may submit a valid dispute to buyer's claim. Please refer to Dispute Resolution for more details.
Please note that request that does not meet Shopee’s Return and Refund Policy are ineligible for return or refund.
