If you suddenly encounter any unusual behavior on your Shopee app, We strongly recommend that you to do the following troubleshooting tips:
- Close the Shopee app completely then re-open the app.
- Restart your mobile phone.
- If you are connected via mobile data/3g/4g try connecting to a stable internet connection.
- Logout and then log back in to your account.
- Try using a different device(phone/desktop/laptop)
- Clear app cache. Go to “Me” Tab, click on “Settings”, the gear icon, tap on “About” and click on “Clear Cache”.
- Make sure that your app is up-to-date.
If issue is still persistent, we recommend getting a screenshot/video recording of the app and take note of the device name/firmware model before contacting us.
