To cancel your order, tap on “Cancel Order” in Order Details page. Choose a cancellation reason and proceed.
You can instantly cancel your order within an hour after COD is confirmed and/or before the seller arranges pickup/enters tracking number.
You can instantly cancel your order within an hour after your payment is verified and/or before the seller arranges pickup/enters tracking number. If a paid order is cancelled, we will automatically process a refund to your account.
However, if these conditions are not met, your cancellation request will be subject to seller's approval.
If the seller rejects your cancellation request, your transaction will proceed.
Unpaid and unconfirmed orders can be instantly canceled.
You can check the status of your cancellation request on the Cancellation Details page. Tap on "Order Details" Page, and tap on “Cancellation Details” to view.
If you change your mind and you want to withdraw your cancellation request, tap on “Withdraw Cancellation Request”.
You can only request for cancellation once for every order. Once you withdraw the cancellation request, you cannot submit another request.
