Shopee Guarantee is a feature that protects buyers and sellers against fraudulent transactions to keep mobile shopping and selling safe and easy.
Shopee Guarantee protects users by withholding the payment to Sellers until the Buyer confirms receipt of the order. Once the Buyer accepts the order, the payment will be released to the Seller.
Payment was verified on 1st of January, the seller has indicated 3 Days to Ship. The Shopee Guarantee period would be calculated as this:
Seller should ship out the order within the indicated Day to Ship (DTS), otherwise, the order will automatically cancel and payment will be refunded back to the buyer at the end of the period.
Buyers are allowed a one-time, 3-day extension of the Shopee Guarantee period if they have yet to receive their orders. Tap on “Extend Shopee Guarantee” in the Order Details page to do so.
If you still have not received your order before the final day of the extension period, and/or if product/s received is either incomplete, wrong, damaged, defective, please request for Return/Refund before the 3-day extension ends.
The request should ONLY be made within the Shopee Guarantee Period, otherwise, the payment will be released automatically to the seller.
