In case of any loss or damaged package, the seller/buyer can file for claim by contacting our Customer Service and provide the following Information:
A. Description of the Issue
B. Screenshot of the order page with the tracking information.
C. Airway Bill / Proof of Delivery
C.1. If partial loss, photocopy will suffice
C.2. If total loss, original copy will be required
D. Picture of the undamaged item/s before handing over to LBC and picture of the damaged item/s received by the consignee.
E. A user may file for claims within 30 days after the scheduled pickup. Both Shopee and Courier will no longer accept claims after the given grace period.
