You will receive an error message if you have failed either one of verification process several times.
- Incorrect password entered
- Incorrect credit card expiry date entered
- Incorrect full bank account number entered
- No valid credit card or bank account registered with your Shopee account
You may try again after 24 hours or contact Shopee Customer Service to change your mobile number.
If you need to contact Shopee Customer Service for a mobile number change, please provide the following information:
- Old Phone Number
- New Phone Number
- Copy of any government ID
