Availability of Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option is influenced by several factors:
1. Cash on Delivery blacklist
Buyers who have 2 or more failed COD orders within 90 days are temporarily suspended from using COD.
Failed order includes rejecting to accept COD orders & failing to receive package after the 2nd delivery attempt by our Integrated Couriers. All of which leads to order cancellation.
Our system will automatically remove the blacklist status 90 days after the 1st failed COD order occurred. (when the order was tagged as invalid/ canceled)
Please be patient during this time. You may still choose to pay with the other Shopee Supported Payment Methods.

2. Courier provider
Cash on Delivery option is available through the following Shopee Integrated Couriers. Availability will still depend if the seller activated the Integrated Courier to their product(s).
3. Serviceable location/Unsupported Address
Locations that are available for COD also depends on the Integrated Couriers delivery matrix. A non-serviceable location will encounter "Unsupported Address" error. Serviceable locations may change without prior notice. 4. Checkout of multiple orders with different shipping options
Not all products are available for COD option.
If the buyer checks out multiple orders with 1 order not available for COD, COD payment will then become unavailable.
