Shopee will evaluate and update sellers on how well they have performed on the following key metrics in the previous week:
● Non-fulfillment rate (target: < 15%)
● Late shipment rate (target: < 15%)
● Listing Violations including prohibited listings and advertisements, IP infringement and counterfeit, listing spam (keyword/price spam, duplicate listings)
1 penalty point is received for each unmet target or for each of the above listing violations. Penalty points are updated every Monday.
Sellers may check their penalty point status on Seller Centre > Shop Settings > Seller Penalty Points.
