After an order/payment is verified, the seller will need to schedule a pickup date via Ninja Van Integrated.
On the “My Sales” page, tap on “To Ship” then tap on “Arrange Pickup”. Select the available pickup date based on set DTS and pickup address.
Pickup service is available from Monday to Saturday, cut off time is 11:59 PM for next day pickup.
Once pickup is arranged, seller can NO longer modify scheduled date inApp. However the seller can manually request to reschedule pickup through NinjaVan’s Customer Service.

If the seller is not present during the scheduled pickup date, this will be considered as a failed pickup. Shopee will update the pick-up status on the following working day, reschedule of pickup will be available offline through NinjaVan’s customer service. But dates will be limited depending on the sellers DTS ONLY.
