2. Can I compare items within Shopee?
Lowest Price Guarantee only compares against competitors and not within Shopee. As we are unable to control prices of all sellers, Shopee can only guarantee items cheaper than our competitors.
3. Can I compare an item sold locally versus a product from overseas even if they are the same item?
Price comparisons with overseas items is not accepted for claims as these items although the same, have different warranties and price control.
4. How will I be notified of my claim status?
Shopee will verify and notify users of their Claim status through the Shopee Official LPG account or via push notification within a week. No notification within the a week means the claim did not pass.
5. How much can I claim a day?
A maximum of three (3) claims per user a and with maximum of ₱1000 compensation.
Each Order is entitled to only one (1) successful Claim.
6. How does Shopee include products as Low Price Guaranteed?
Shopee has a complex system which do price comparison across our approved competitor(s).
After the system does the price comparison, we then carefully add identified low priced products on the list.
The current list of Low Price Guaranteed item in Shopee continuous to grow as we add new items to the list week by week.
Aside from the system check, Shopee carefully review all submitted reports/claims and add approved to the list of Lowest Price Guaranteed.
7. How to compute compensation for LPG claims?
Total compensation for a successful claim will be 120% of the price difference calculated above.
Each claim is only eligible to maximum ₱1,000 compensation.
