Request for return/refund for overseas products can be made under the following conditions:
- Buyer received wrong product(s)
- Buyer received faulty product(s)
- Buyer received damaged product(s)
- Buyer did not receive product(s)
- Buyer received incomplete product(s)
Applying for return/refund due to change of mind is prohibited and is strictly implemented for personal products such as undergarments, innerwear, swimsuits, & adult toys.
Refund for defective/faulty products specifically under mobiles and consumer electronics may be raised within seven (7) days after the date of delivery.
For items bought via Bundle Deals, refund will ONLY be applicable to the entire bundle. Partial requests are prohibited.
