This article is for users who are returning Shopee Mall products.
Before reading this, please make sure you have read the articles on what the allowed conditions for requesting a return/refund are, and how to request a return/refund.
After requesting for a return/refund for a Shopee Mall product, these are what happens next:
Step #1: Receive request approval
You will receive a push notification telling you if your request is approved or not.
Step #2: Receive instructions
Depending on the reason you chose, you will either receive a refund or be told to return the item.
Step #3: Drop off or ship out the item/s
If you are told to return the item, you will be allowed to return the item and upload the return waybill within 3 days after the request is approved.
To return the item, you may ship the item to Shopee’s warehouse, or drop off the item at a participating M Lhuillier branch. Dropping off the item at M Lhuillier means you do not have to pay a shipping fee to return the item. Full instructions on how to ship out or drop off the item/s will be sent to you through e-mail and the app.
If you are dropping off the item at an M Lhuillier branch, make sure to show them the barcode or QR code sent to you through the app or email:
Step #4: Upload photo of the return waybill
After shipping out or dropping off the item, input the necessary shipping information in the Shopee app. Make sure to do this within 3 days of your return/refund request being approved.
Step #5: Await status of the refund request
Once the item is successfully returned back to the warehouse, it will undergo quality checking within 48 hours.
Notifications will be sent via push notification if the refund request is approved or rejected.
