- You will be able to make a return/refund request if the conditions are met. Please note that all return/refund requests must be made within the Shopee Guarantee period ONLY.
- This article is for users who are returning a locally purchased products.
Follow these steps to request for Return/Refund:
Step 1: Go to “Me” tab.
Step 2: Tap “To Receive” in My Purchase.
Step 3: Tap the item that you wish to return.
Step 4: Scroll down to the bottom page, then tap “Return/Refund”.
Step 5: Tick the box of the product you wish to return, then select a reason, upload at least 1 photo of the item, and enter your email address.
Step 6: Tap “Submit”, then a notification will be sent to you when your request is successful.
Follow these steps when you have received the Return/Refund notification:
Step 1: Receive request approval
You will receive push notification, SMS and email regarding your request, if it is approved or not.
Step 2: Receive instructions
Depending on the reason you chose, you will either receive a refund or be told to return the item. Instructions will be available via in App or email.
Step 3: Ship out the item/s
If you are told to return the item, you will be allowed to return the item and upload the return waybill within 5 days after the request is approved.
Step 4: Upload photo of the return waybill
After shipping out or dropping off the item, input the necessary shipping information in the Shopee app. Make sure to do this within 5 days of your return/refund request being approved.
Step 5: Await status of refund request
Once the item is successfully returned to the your seller, it will undergo checking and should respond within 8 days.
Notifications will be sent via push notification if the refund request is approved or rejected.
