For Refund you can request for refund within 24 hours after purchase.
Step 1:In Homepage Banner, tap “Load & eVouchers”. Then tap, “Orders”.
Step 2: Click on the affected order. You should not click “Order Received”.
Step 3: Tap “Request for Refund”.
Step 4: Choose refund reason then, tap “Request For Refund”.
Step 5: When you go to Order Details you will receive a notification about your refund status. After 24 hours, your request for refund will be processed. It will apply automatically on your credit/debit card.
