Basic Troubleshooting Guide

Try these Basic Troubleshooting Tips if you encounter any technical issues within Shopee.

 

For Mobile App:

  • Close and reopen the app

    • iOS: Swipe up and close the app.

    • Android: Go to Settings > Application Manager > Force Stop.

  • Close all running apps

  • Log out and log back in

  • Restart your device

  • Switch to a stable Wi-Fi connection

  • Restart your modem if using Wi-Fi

  • Try a different device

  • Clear the app cache

  • Update the app

  • Uninstall and reinstall the app

  • Ensure you're logged into the correct account

 

For Web:

  • Clear your web cache

  • Close all windows

  • Use a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox)

  • Try incognito/private mode

  • Restart your modem or change the internet sources

  • Log out and log back in

  • Try a different device

  • Restart your device

  • Confirm you're logged into the correct account
