When the rider arrives to deliver the order, here are the following guidelines on what to do upon receiving the parcel:
For the Cash on Delivery (COD), show your valid government ID, and please prepare the exact amount of payment and give it to the rider.
For the Non-Cash on Delivery (Non-COD), show your valid government ID and claim your order.

You may only refuse to accept a parcel if:
The packaging shows signs of tampering (e.g., unsealed or damaged).
The shipping information on the airway bill (AWB) is incorrect, indicating the parcel may not be yours.
Important: Opened parcels cannot be returned to the rider. For incomplete, wrong, or damaged items, file a request for Return/Refund in the app. If the product is in good condition, select Order Received in your Shopee App.
