[Add-on Deals] How do I return/refund products purchased as Add-on Deals?

You can request for a return/refund for Add-on Deal products. Select To Receive in the Me tab > select order > Return/Refund > Choose the concern > Select products and quantity > Next.

 

⚠️Note

Add-on Deal products must be returned together as a set in brand-new/sealed condition (only for eligible categories). 


Example: If you bought Products A and B as an Add-on Deal, both must be returned even if you only want to return one. You cannot return one and keep the other.
