[ShopeePay] How can I send money from my ShopeePay Wallet?

You can send money from your ShopeePay wallet via the ShopeePay page or the Shopee Chat.

 

List of fees per Send Money transaction:

⚠️Note

• Ensure your ShopeePay account is verified before requesting a bank transfer.  

• The minimum transfer amount is ₱1.00.  

• A ₱15 admin fee applies to all transfers, except transfers to a linked SeaBank account, which are free.



Send Money via ShopeePay page

To send money to a contact, you can either:

  • Select Send Money to transfer to their registered Shopee username or mobile number.

  • Select Scan to send using your contact’s QR code.

 

 

 

1. Sending Money via your Mobile Number or Username 

Select Send Money > select Contact and fill in the recipient’s mobile number/username, or choose from your Recent or Favorite list > Enter Amount and Purpose (optional) > Select Virtual Card (optional) > Next > Send Money Now > Enter ShopeePay PIN.

 

 

 

⚠️Note

· If you enter a mobile number not linked to a ShopeePay account, the recipient must confirm the transfer within 24 hours. If not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded to you.

· Grant the Shopee App access to your contact list to easily find Shopee-user contacts on the ShopeePay transfer page.

2. Sending Cash by Scanning the Recipient’s QR Code

Select Scan  > Scan QR Code > Enter Amount and Purpose (optional) > Select Virtual Card (optional) > Next > Send Money Now > Enter ShopeePay PIN.

 



3. Sending Money via Bank Transfer

Select Bank Transfer > input your bank account details > Next > indicate transfer amount > Next > Send Money Now > enter your ShopeePay PIN or FaceID/TouchID.

 


 

Send Money via Shopee Chat

Select chat icon > select recipient > + > Transfer > Enter Amount and Purpose (optional) > Select Virtual Card (optional) > Next > Send Money Now > Enter ShopeePay PIN.

 

 

 

Terms

  • Your ShopeePay account needs to be verified before you can send money via ShopeePay. 

  • To receive cash in your ShopeePay account, please ensure that your ShopeePay wallet is activated.

  • You can send money from both your Refunds and Deposits sub-wallets.

  • Transfers cannot be undone unless you personally request the money from the recipient.

  • If prompted to verify your bank account, refresh the Shopee app and recheck your bank account details.

  • If funds are not received within 1-3 working days, possible reasons include:

  • If unexpected errors occur, follow basic troubleshooting steps.

  • If issues persist, contact Shopee Customer Service for assistance.
