[My Account] How do I add/edit/delete my address?

You can add, edit, or delete the addresses linked to your Shopee account via the Shopee App or the Shopee Website.

 

⚠️ Note

· Ensure your delivery or pickup address is accurate to avoid delays, returns to the seller (RTS), or failed pickups.

· For orders in Special Economic Zones (SEZ), refer to our suggested SEZ addresses.

· When adding/editing an address, provide the correct region, province, city, barangay, and postal code. Verify your Philippine Postal Code.

· Pin the correct location on the map under your barangay address. Adjust the pin if needed.

· The free text address field won't update automatically based on the pinned location, and the declared address will guide the courier.

· Changing your delivery address is possible as long as certain conditions are met.

· You can save up to 10 addresses.

· Ensure the full name and address are accurate, as they will appear on the AWB:

· Name: Less than 100 characters

· Address: Less than 300 characters

Add a new address

Go to Me tab > Select the settings icon > My Addresses > Select Add a new address > Fill in the details > SUBMIT.

⚠️ Note

When you enter your street name, building, and house number, a new page will appear where you can input your geolocation, provide a detailed address, and view the location.



Edit an existing address

Select the address > edit details > SUBMIT.

Delete an existing address

Select the address > Delete Address > Yes.

Via the Shopee Website

Select your username > Select My Account via the dropdown list > Select Addresses  > Select + Add New Address, Edit, or Delete, depending on your needs.
