XDE is a Shopee Supported Logistics that allows the seller to deliver bulky items. The pick-up is only available within Metro Manila but delivers nationwide.
The XDE delivers from Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
With Shopee Supported logistics, you can easily keep track of your shipment or your order directly in the app.
⚠️ Note • You can reschedule your pickup in the Shopee app before the booking cut-off or your scheduled pick-up date. • You will not be allowed to reschedule your pick-up on the Shopee app on the actual day of the pickup or thereafter. • If the seller is not present during the scheduled pickup, the order will be considered a failed pick-up. Kindly wait for Shopee to update the pickup status the following working day, and proceed to reschedule the pickup in the app. • Two failed pickup attempts for the same order will result in order cancellation. |
