ShopeeFood has the right to verify and review the items submitted by Merchants to be listed on the ShopeeFood Platform. Please make sure that your menu items, names, descriptions, images, and other content follow ShopeeFood’s policies and guidelines below before submitting them.
Based on the review, ShopeeFood will decide whether or not to list the items on the ShopeeFood Platform.
Penalties in Case of Violation
Merchants who violate ShopeeFood’s policies (including the ShopeeFood Menu and Content Guidelines and this policy) may face consequences, which can include:
Removal of the listing
Limits on your account or account features
Suspension or termination of your account
Legal action, where applicable
Allowed Non-Food Items
In addition to food and beverages, Merchants may list items intended as eating or drinking aids, as well as free promotional merchandise and shopping bags. These items are still subject to ShopeeFood's review.

Prohibited Food, Beverage, and Non-Food Items
The following items are prohibited on ShopeeFood, including but not limited to:

2 | Noxious food or beverages |
3 | Unpasteurised dairy products |
4 | Wild mushrooms |
5 | Food or beverages that contain any form of medicine |
6 | Food or beverages that make medicinal claims |
7 | Food or beverages with names that contain inappropriate content |
8 | Alcoholic beverages, unless ShopeeFood's prior written approval has been obtained |
9 | Food or beverages that are, or contain components that are: illegal or restricted in the Philippines, or encourage illegal or restricted activities; hazardous to human health; or determined by a government or regulatory authority to pose a potential health or safety risk to consumers |
10 | Items that are not food or beverages and cannot be consumed |
11 | Items that violate ShopeeFood's business model, such as raw materials including unmilled rice, or items with excessive packaging or weight, including gallons of mineral water |
