Keep your store menu accurate, appealing, and easy for Customers to browse by adding, editing, or removing menu items through your ShopeeFood Merchant account which you can access via the Shopee Partner App or Shopee Partner Web Portal.

From the Menu section, you can:

• Create Dish – Add a new menu item.

• Reorder Dishes – Place important or best-selling items at the top. (Available to Admin accounts only.)

• Update Stock Availability – Mark menu items as available or unavailable.

• Delete Dishes – Permanently remove menu items. (Available to Admin accounts only. Action cannot be undone.)

Bulk Manage Menu Items

For faster updates, select multiple dishes to:

• Update stock availability

• Update selling hours

• Delete multiple dishes

For large-scale menu updates, you can use Bulk Operation to download your menu and option group data as a file, edit it offline, and upload the revised file.

💡Tip: Review your dish details, availability, and selling hours before saving or submitting changes. Uploading a file with errors will overwrite your current menu, including items you didn't mean to change.

How to create a new dish?

Step 1: Log in to the Shopee Partner Web Portal. Go to the Menu and select the store you want to add a new dish.

Step 2: Click Create Dish and fill in the required details:

• Name, Category, Price and Description

Step 3: Upload a dish image and adjust optional settings:

• Display Status, Stock Availability and Time for Sale

Step 4: Click Save.

💡Tip: To edit an existing dish, click on the dish name, make the changes, and save. 

How to bulk upload dishes?

You can create multiple dishes at once, instead of adding them one by one.

Step 1: From the Menu tab, click Bulk Operation at the top right.

Step 2: Click Bulk Create 

Step 3: Select Operation Type: Main Dish

Step 4: Download the provided template and read the guidelines inside.

Step 5: Fill out the template, then upload it.

Step 6: Click Submit. 

How to edit or delete a dish?

a. To Edit:

• Click the dish name to open the editing page.

• Update details as needed.

b. To Update the Stock Availability:

• Adjust Stock Availability to prevent customers from ordering out-of-stock items:

• Toggle ON = Available

• Toggle OFF = Unavailable

c. To Delete:

• Tick the box beside the dish you want to remove.

• Click the Delete icon, confirm, and click OK.

d. To Reorder Dishes:

• Click the sorting arrows to arrange the sequence.
