Setting accurate business hours helps Customers place orders only when your store is available and helps prevent missed orders or unnecessary cancellations.
You can manage your store hours through the ShopeeFood Business Hours page.
Log in to your ShopeeFood Partner account.
Go to Settings.
Select Business Hours.
Search for your store using the Store Name, Store Status, or State/City/District filters.
Click Apply.
Select the store or store row that you want to update.
To set your store’s regular business hours:
Open the selected store from the Business Hours list.
Select Regular Hours, then click Edit.
Choose the days your store is open.
Set the opening and closing time for each day.
Add additional time slots if your store operates on a split schedule, if applicable.
Review the schedule.
Click Save.
To set your store’s special business hours for specific dates to temporarily replace your regular business hours such as during a public holiday:
Open the selected store from the Business Hours list.
Select Special Hours, then click Edit.
Click Set Up Now.
Enter a name in Special Hours Name (optional).
Choose the date and time ranges.
Review the changes.
Click Save.
The Business Hours page may display the current status of each store:
Open – The store is available to receive orders.
Pause – The store is temporarily not accepting new orders.
Closed – The store is not currently operating or is outside its business hours.
If you only need to temporarily stop receiving orders, use the store’s Pause function instead of changing the regular business hours.
Keep your regular business hours accurate and up to date.
Use Special Hours function for public holidays, events, or one-time schedule changes.
Special Hours may override your Regular Hours for the selected date.
Review the schedule carefully before saving.
Confirm that the updated hours appear on the Business Hours page.
Store status information may refresh periodically on the ShopeeFood Platform.
