The My Reports section allows Merchants to generate and download reports related to orders, settlements, transactions, payouts, and staff accounts.

Access the Shopee Partner Web Portal.

How to Download a Report

1. Open the ShopeeFood My Reports page.

2. Log in using your authorized Admin Account.

3. Select the type of report you want to download.

4. Choose the store, branch, or Merchant Balance that you want to view and/or download.

5. Select the required date range or available filters.

6. Review the report details.

7. Click Export, Download, or the applicable download button.

8. Save the report file for your records.

Available Merchant Reports

Depending on your account access, you may be able to download the following reports:

1. Order Management Report

      Provides details about store orders, including:

• • Order status

  • Order amount

  • Discounts and subsidies

  • Transaction amount

  • Merchant earnings

2. Settlement Summary Report

        Provides an overview of finalized settlements, including:

• • Total settled amount

  • Income

  • Deductions or outlays

  • Adjustments

  • Carry-forward balances, if applicable

3. Transaction Report

Provides detailed records of Merchant Balance transactions and fund movements. You may be able to filter the report by:

• • Store or branch

  • Date range

  • Transaction type

  • Transaction status

4. Payout Report

Provides a summary of Merchant Balance settlements..

5. Staff Report

Provides a record of staff accounts and their assigned access permissions.

Important Reminders

• Report access may vary depending on your account role and permissions.

• Select the correct store and date range before downloading.

• Review the report for accuracy after downloading.

• Keep downloaded reports secure because they may contain financial or account information.

• If a report is missing or cannot be downloaded, contact ShopeeFood Customer Service through the available official support channels.
