App-only Compatibility: Use the device for ShopeeFood store operations, and use the Shopee Partner App when prompted by the device to complete an app action. The device and the Shopee Partner Web Portal are not compatible at present.

Fill out the ShopeeFood PH Merchant EDC Acknowledgment & Concerns Form
Complete the acknowledgement or receipt process requested for your store.
Submit the required photo proof within seven (7) business days of receiving the device, if your onboarding instructions require it.
If the device is damaged, incomplete, or cannot connect, report the issue through the acknowledgement or concerns process provided to your store.
Do not delay reporting. Take clear photos of any visible damage or missing items before using or packing the device. Keep the serial number and store details ready when contacting support.
Keep the charger connected during operating hours or charge the device before the store opens.
Use a stable Wi-Fi connection whenever available.
Keep mobile data available as a backup and check that the SIM card has sufficient balance and validity.
Place the device where staff can hear or see incoming order notifications.
If your device uses the provided DITO SIM card, keep enough balance and validity for mobile-data backup. You can check the balance and top up through the DITO App or by dialing *143# on the device.
Open the DITO App and select Manage Phone or Account.
Enter the 11-digit DITO mobile number assigned to the device.
Select the amount or load package and choose a payment method.
Confirm the payment and wait for the confirmation message.
Depending on the channel and availability, you may also top up through GCash, ShopeePay, DITO retail partners, or the MyDITO web portal. Check that the mobile number is correct before confirming payment.
Recommended practice: Check the SIM balance and validity regularly, and load the SIM before the validity expires. This helps keep mobile data available when the store Wi-Fi connection is interrupted.
Connect the charger, wait a few minutes, and press and hold the Power button. Try another power outlet if there is no response.
Check the Wi-Fi name and password, move closer to the router, and restart the device or router. Use mobile data as a temporary backup if available.
Check that the SIM card is inserted correctly, mobile data is enabled, and the SIM has sufficient balance and validity. Restart the device after making changes.
Check that thermal paper is loaded in the correct direction, the roll fits the holder, and the printer cover is closed securely. Replace the roll if it is empty.
Confirm that the device is powered on and connected to the internet. Check the store status and contact ShopeeFood Merchant Support if the issue continues.
Do not open, disassemble, or attempt to repair the device yourself.
Keep the device, charger, SIM card, and accessories secure at the store.
Report damage, loss, theft, or repeated technical issues as soon as possible.
Keep store and device details ready when contacting your assigned account manager or ShopeeFood Merchant Support.
