This segment focuses on setting up your SeaBank Account through the following steps:

Step 1: Download the SeaBank App. Available on Google Play, the App Store, AppGallery through the QR Code below.

Step 2: Register your account. Click “Continue with Shopee” for quick sign ups, or you may also sign up with your mobile number.

Step 3: Verify your account. If you signed up with your mobile number, enter your One-Time PIN.

Step 4: Create Your Password. Must be 8-16 characters, and must consist of both letters & numbers.

Once you’ve registered for your SeaBank Account, you need to submit the following Know Your Customer (KYC) information to get verified:

KYC 1: Facial Verification. Please ensure you are in a well-lit area during facial verification. Your whole face should be seen.

KYC 2: Upload a valid ID. ID must be captured entirely, with no glare. All texts on ID must be clear and visible.

KYC 3: Confirm Information. Confirm all your information on the Identity Details page.

KYC 4: Additional Details & Terms of Service. Enter additional details requested & review and agree to the SeaBank terms of service.

KYC 5: Create PIN & Submit Application. Create a secure 6-digit PIN and submit your eKYC application.

*Verification of your application will take ~1 working day. You will receive an SMS or notification from your SeaBank app, once your account has been activated.
