Receive Free Product Samples

  1. If the project status is “Unpaid”, the seller will be asked to pay the agreed total price first 
  2. Payment will be held by Shopee until the project is completed; Payment will be released to the KOL after project completion
  3. If payment is not received within 5 calendar days from the project acceptance date, the project will automatically be cancelled
  4. If the project status is “To Ship”, the seller will be asked to ship free product samples to the KOL’s delivery address 
  5. If samples are not shipped within 5 calendar days from the sellers’ payment date, the project will automatically be cancelled
  6. The project post pricing may no longer be changed
