Receive Free Product Samples
- If the project status is “Unpaid”, the seller will be asked to pay the agreed total price first
- Payment will be held by Shopee until the project is completed; Payment will be released to the KOL after project completion
- If payment is not received within 5 calendar days from the project acceptance date, the project will automatically be cancelled
- If the project status is “To Ship”, the seller will be asked to ship free product samples to the KOL’s delivery address
- If samples are not shipped within 5 calendar days from the sellers’ payment date, the project will automatically be cancelled
- The project post pricing may no longer be changed
