Submitting Your Deliverables

Submit Links

  1. When you click on “Submit Link”, a pop-up will appear allowing the submission of links for each deliverable
  2. Each deliverable must have a link submitted
  3. Submissions may be amended at a later time if necessary (if the image is unclear or otherwise requested by the seller)


Submit Posts to Publish

  1. Once the status reaches “To Publish”, you will need to submit actual post links as proof of project execution
  2. If links are not submitted by the aligned posting deadline, project will automatically be cancelled
  3. Using the Chat feature, submit the content drafts to the seller and secure their approval before posting
  4. Once approved, post the content and submit the links
  5. Click “Submit Link” to submit proof of execution via posting links or shared screenshot links

2aClick “Contact Seller” to talk to the seller

2bClick “Cancel Project” to submit a cancellation request; Cancellations require approval from the seller

2cClick “Raise Dispute” to submit a dispute ticket; Dispute tickets are evaluated by the Shopee team and resolved by Customer Service


Seller Review

  1. Once you've submitted the post links, the project status will change to "To Complete"
  2. The seller will now review the submitted post links and mark the project as complete; You can also amend submitted links here (if needed)
  3. If the project is not completed within 30 calendar days from post submission date, the project will automatically be marked as completed



Project Completion

  1. After seller review, project status will move to “Completed” 
  2. Payment for the project will be processed & paid out in the next billing cycle
