How to Qualify for New User Exclusives Commission
You earn a commission when a New User makes their first-ever purchase through your affiliate link. Here's how it works:
If User already has the Shopee App, but never made a purchase
Action: They click your link and place an order within 14 days.
Requirement: Your link must be the last one they clicked before checking out.
If User is installing the App for the first time (The user is new or hasn’t installed the app for over 2 years)
Step 1: They click your link and download the app within 24 hours.
Step 2: They place their first-ever order within 14 days of installing.
Via Affiliate Links
In your Shopee App, go to your “Affiliate Program” page, then tap “New User Exclusives” banner or home circle to go to the New User Exclusives Landing Page
In the New User Exclusives Landing Page, select “New User Deals” tab, then select a product to share
Select “Copy text for sharing” to get a ready-made caption along with your Product Link
Via New User Voucher Bundle
In your Shopee App, go to your “Affiliate Program” page, then tap “New User Exclusives” banner or home circle to go to the New User Exclusives Landing Page
Select “New User Voucher Bundle”
Select “Copy Text for Sharing” to immediately copy a ready-made caption for your content
**For New User Voucher Bundle, Users can claim the voucher and use it for any product of their choice
Via New User Deals
In your Shopee App, go to your “Affiliate Program” page, then tap “New User Exclusives” banner or home circle to go to the New User Exclusives Landing Page
Select “New User Deals”
Select “Copy Text for Sharing” to immediately copy a ready-made caption for your content
**For New User Deals, Users will be redirected to New User Exclusives in-app microsite

To find eligible items, simply tap the “New User Deals” tab in the Landing Page, as only products listed there qualify for this campaign.
No, you must share products ONLY FROM THE New User Exclusives Landing Page directly to ensure your referrals are tracked correctly, as vouchers and deals are only valid through that specific page.
A first order is the very first time a user checks out in the app; if this order is canceled or unsuccessful, it still counts as their "first order," and no commission will be paid for that or any future orders.
No, any additional orders made by the same customer after their first checkout will not generate a commission.
To remain eligible for this initiative, your affiliate links must be shared specifically on social media platforms.
All commission calculations and eligibility are subject to the standard Shopee Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.
