Hi, how can we help?

How do I increase my SLoan Credit Limit?

Para sa Taglish version ng article, basahin dito.

The SLoan Credit Limit is adjusted based on consistent use of your account and good repayment performance over time. Continue to use SLoan and pay on time to enjoy more benefits in the future.

Why has my SLoan Credit Limit increased?

Your payment history has been reviewed and we have increased your credit limit! Keep using SLoan and pay your bills on time to get a higher limit.

Why has my SLoan Credit Limit been frozen when I don’t have any overdue bills?

You may have an overdue bill in another credit account, such as your SPayLater or SLoan for Sellers.

If not, it may be that upon review of your account and recent activity, you are no longer eligible to use SLoan. One of the reasons you can no longer use your SLoan account could be due to unsatisfactory payment history.

Why did my SLoan/SLoan for Sellers Credit Limit refresh?

You may have not used your SLoan/SLoan for Sellers for a long period of time after you activated your account. Because of this, your credit limit has been refreshed to give you a limit that suits your current usage.

⚠️ Note

Your Credit Limit is determined by our internal assessment based on your relationship with Shopee. Keep using SLoan/SLoan for Sellers and pay your bills on time to get a higher limit.

I received a notification that my Credit Limit cannot be refreshed. What can I do?

If your Credit Limit cannot be refreshed,  there may be issues with refreshing your credit limit. You may return to the SLoan homepage at a later time.

If you activated your SLoan and can’t suddenly use your credit limit, it may be because your credit limit is put on hold after you have not used SLoan for a long period of time. Please refer to the notification on the SLoan homepage to check when you will be able to receive your updated credit limit.
