[Return Refund] Can I raise a return/refund request after selecting Order Received?

You can raise a return/refund request before and after selecting Order Received on the Order Details page, provided that they are still within the Shopee Returns Window.

 

⚠️ Note

Once you select Order Received, payment will be released to the seller. Ensure you’ve received all items in good condition before selecting it.

 

You can find out if your order is eligible by checking the Completed tab or the Order Details page to check if the Return/Refund button is available.

For eligible orders

You can request for return/refund before the specified deadline, which is also the Shopee Returns Window end date. Your request will then be reviewed by either the seller or a Shopee agent.

⚠️ Note

Returns/refunds requested before and after Order Received is selected will undergo the same review process by Shopee/sellers.



For non-eligible orders

If you face any issue with your order (e.g. wrong, damaged, faulty item) after confirming receipt, you can reach out to the seller directly via Shopee Chat to discuss how the issue can be resolved.
