What is the difference between applicant & insured?

Para sa Taglish version ng article, basahin dito.

The difference between the applicant and the insured is the following:

  • The applicant is the person who applies for and pays for the insurance policy.

  • The insured is the person covered by the policy. The applicant and insured may be the same person, or the insured may be the applicant's parent, child, or spouse.

After adding the applicant info, select the insured’s relationship with the applicant. You can choose to insure yourself, your spouse, your parent, or your child. If the insured is not yourself, you must enter your family members’ personal particulars.
