Keep your mobile number and email updated to receive important notifications, and verification details to protect against fraud risks.
For example, you may receive via SMS or email:
A One-Time Password (OTP), verification code, or authentication link for Two-factor Authentication (2FA) when taking important actions (e.g. logging in, adding a bank account, changing password)
Notifications of any potentially critical account information changes or unauthorized logins/transactions
You can edit your mobile number and email address easily via the Me tab on Shopee App > Select the ⚙ icon (Account Settings) > Account & Security > Edit the mobile number and email address.
