Shopee Chatbot is our new self-service option to provide customer support. Here are some quick tips and tricks on how you can maximize your Chatbot experience.


  1. Use short, specific messages or keywords when communicating using Chatbot.

  1. Keep your message simple and short, make sure to ask our chatbot one concern or question at a time so that our chatbot can process and provide the answers quickly.

  1. Select the available categories, shortcuts, or hot questions. This will direct you to the answer or the right place without typing.

  1. Stay updated on Shopee’s current events by reading the Chatbot Announcement. (e.g. Scheduled Maintenance, System enhancements, New product launches, and Advisories)

  1. You can view your chat history with Pixie and Shopee Customer Service live agent by scrolling up.
