⚠️ Tandaan • Ang ShopeePay cashback ay hindi convertible at maaari lamang gamitin sa loob ng Shopee App. Lahat ng hindi nagamit na cashback ay isasailalim sa clawback process. Mangyaring mag-refer sa clawback schedule • Ang Account Number ay ang iyong Shopee registered phone number na may format na: 09XXXXXXXXX. • Maaaring mag transfer sa iyong ShopeePay account mula sa bangko na iyong nais. |
Makikita agad sa iyong ShopeePay balance ang halaga ng Cash in pagkatapos ma-verify ang iyong bayad. Maaari kang tumawag sa Shopee Customer Service kung hindi mo nakikita ang iyong Cash in balance makalipas ang isang araw.
Kung nakararanas ka ng mga problema sa pag-cash sa iyong ShopeePay, maaaring nagkaroon ng payment issue. Kontakin ang Shopee Customer Service at ibigay ang Order SN. Mahahanap mo ito sa Refunded Cash In transaction na nasa History > pindutin ang COPY.
Balance limits
Ang mga non-verified account ay maaari lamang mag-cash in ng monthly balance hanggang Php 10,000. I-verify ang iyong account para tumaas ang iyong wallet limit sa Php 100,000.
