Q: What will be the changes in my ShopeePay account?
A: As part of ShopeePay’s continuous efforts to ensure users’ account security, and in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations, existing users with non-verified (basic) ShopeePay accounts are required to submit additional information to avoid losing access to ShopeePay services. You can keep access to ShopeePay services in two ways:
Upload a valid ID and input your personal information, or
Provide additional information if an ID is unavailable.
Users with non-verified ShopeePay accounts will have the following monthly limits:
Php 10,000 inflow limit
Php 10,000 outflow limit
Php 50,000 wallet balance

A: These are the following:
Inflow Limit - Cumulative amount that can be received into your ShopeePay wallet per month
Outflow Limit - Cumulative amount that can be moved out of your ShopeePay wallet per month
Wallet Balance - Maximum amount that can be kept in your ShopeePay wallet
