How do I repay via InstaPay for SLoan?

InstaPay is an electronic fund transfer (EFT) service that lets SLoan users instantly pay their bills using mobile banking or an e-wallet. You can repay your SLoan with GCash, Maya, UnionBank, and more.


InstaPay is part of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP)’s National Retail Payment System and is powered by BancNet.

To Pay using InstaPay for SLoan 

On the SLoan bill page, select your current loan > Pay Now > select InstaPay as your payment method > Confirm > Pay > Save QR Code or take a screenshot of the page.

Regardless of your payment method choice, go to the InstaPay-supported app, select Scan or Pay via QR > Upload screenshot, and complete your payment > then check back on the Shopee app for payment result.

Once your payment is successful, you’ll receive a notification under the Wallet Updates folder that your repayment is complete. Your remaining SLoan limit should also reflect an updated limit within 24 hours after completing payment.

• There is no installation or registration needed for InstaPay.

• No additional costs or fees are associated with using InstaPay to repay your SPayLater and SLoan bills.

• Successful payments should reflect immediately.

• InstaPay has set a P50,000 maximum amount per transaction, and there is no minimum amount. However, e-wallet or apps may have their own minimum or maximum amounts separate from InstaPay.



You may contact Shopee Customer Service if you encounter any problems. However, do also consider contacting your e-wallet provider or bank.
