How do I cash-in my Shopeepay with a linked bank account? (TAG)

Pumunta sa ShopeePay Wallet homepage > Cash In > ilagay ang amount > Linked Bank Account > piliin ang gusto mong preferred bank na naka-link > Pay Now para kumpletuhin ang pagbabayad. Pagkatapos ma-process ang iyong bayad, ito ay papasok sa iyong ShopeePay account.
Maaaring kontakin ang Shopee Customer Service at ibigay ang Order SN kung ikaw ay nakaranas ng alinman sa mga sumusunod na issues:
Kung hindi nag-reflect ang iyong Cash In balance sa loob ng isang (1) araw
Kung nakakaranas ng problema sa pag cash in ng iyong ShopeePay wallet, maaaring nagkaroon ng payment issue.
Mahahanap mo ito sa pamamagitan ng pagpindot sa nag-fail na Cash in transaction sa ibaba ng History > COPY.
Balance limits
Ang mga non-verified account ay maaari lamang mag-cash in ng monthly balance hanggang Php 10,000. I-verify ang iyong account para tumaas ang iyong wallet limits sa Php 100,000.
