What is SeaInsure Motorcycle CTPL? (ENG)

SeaInsure Motorcycle CTPL is compulsory third-party liability insurance that covers any damage and loss to the third-party person, property, or vehicle, in the event of bodily injury or death due to accidents while your motorcycle is being driven. CTPL is required by law upon vehicle registration. It does not cover damages to your own car.

This cover excludes any accident, or liability caused, or incurred:
outside of the Republic of the Philippines;
whilst the scheduled vehicle is:
being used otherwise in accordance with the limitations to use;
being driven by any person other than an authorized driver;
onboard a sea vessel on inter-island transit.
as a result of flood, typhoon, hurricane, volcanic eruption, earthquake or other acts of nature, strike, riots, terrorism, war, and nuclear risks of any nature.
