[New to Shopee] How do I find the Order ID for my purchase?

Upang makita ang Order ID para sa iyong binili, pumunta sa Me tab sa loob ng Shopee App > punditin ang To Pay, To Ship, To Receive, o ang View Purchase History > piliin ang order > i-scroll pababa ang Order Detail page. Pindutin ang COPY kung kailangan mong ibahagi ang iyong Order ID.
⚠️Tandaan Kailangan mong ibigay ang iyong Order ID sa ilang partikular na sitwasyon, gaya ng pakikipag-ugnayan sa mga seller o Shopee Customer Service para sa cancellation, return, o refund. |
