How can I cancel or reschedule my Tours & Attractions ticket booking?

For cancellations, refund requests, or rebooking requests, kindly contact Shopee’s customer support for assistance.
Please refer to the Terms & Conditions of the ticket to see if it’s refundable or cancellable.
⚠️ Note For any cancellations or changes made by the provider or of any unforeseen circumstance, a notification email will be sent to the customer’s nominated email address. |
Reschedule your booking
On the Order Details page of your booking, you may view your E-Ticket. It will lead you to a page and you may click the View My Bookings link. This link will allow you to reschedule your booking date.
Select Reschedule > Choose new Date and Time for booking > Download your rescheduled booking ticket once successful.
⚠️ Note • You may reschedule your booking if the status of the ticket is still valid for rebooking before the actual date of your initial booking. • Users may check the View My Bookings page to see if their ticket is still valid for rescheduling. If it isn’t valid for rescheduling, users won’t be able to reschedule their ticket. • For a smooth rescheduling process, please reschedule your booking 2-3 days before the actual date of your initial booking. |
