What is Return on the Spot: COD Unbox?

Return on the Spot: COD Unbox is Shopee’s new feature that allows you to open and inspect your orders upon delivery for a faster and easier way of returning a damaged/wrong/missing item.
Once an item showing Eligible for COD Unbox has been unboxed and returned on the spot to the rider, a Return/Refund entry will be created automatically. You’ll receive a push notification confirming the return. You can view the order and return details on the Order List page.
⚠️Note • Currently, this feature is only available for eligible orders. • For COD orders, no cash refund (₱0) will be issued. However, any used Shopee coins and vouchers will be returned once the item is on its way back to the seller. • Buyers who accepted an Unboxed order can still request a return/refund if issues are found, provided the request is made within Shopee’s Return Window.
