How do I view the PIN code and Shopee Self Collect Point? (TAG)

Kapag ang iyong item ay dumating sa napiling Self Pick-Up Point, ikaw ay ma-nonotify via Shopee App. Para makita ang 6-digit PIN, pumunta sa Me tab > My Purchases > pindutin ang order > tingnan ang PIN sa Shipping Information box.

⚠️ Tandaan

· Ang PIN ay ipapadala rin sa iyong registered email address.

· Kung hindi ma-access ang app o nakalimutan ang PIN code, maaaring mag request sa Pick Up Point na i-send ito via SMS sa iyong registered mobile number.

· Maaaring lamang mag-request ng return/refund kung di pa napipindot ang Order Received.

Sa Pick-Up point, ibigay ang full mobile number o ang 6-digit PIN. Ang agent ay irerelease lamang ang parcel kapaag nabigay mo ang tamang PIN.
