[SPX Express] What happens if the delivery by SPX Express is unsuccessful? (TAG)

Kung hindi ma-deliver ng SPX Express ang order mo, magkakaroon ng second attempt sa loob ng 2–3 araw. Pagkatapos ng dalawang failed attempts, ite-tag ang order bilang Return to Sender (RTS).

Para sa mga non-COD orders, mare-refund ka kapag naibalik na ang parcel sa seller. Alamin pa ang tungkol sa RTS at refund.

Mga karaniwang dahilan ng failed delivery:

Kulang o maling address
Sarado o di ma-access ang location
Huli na ang oras ng delivery
Hindi available o di makontak ang buyer
Hiningi ng buyer na i-reschedule o tinanggihan ang delivery
Mga hindi kontroladong pangyayari (hal. kalamidad, epidemya)
