[New to Shopee] Why can’t I upload photos/videos onto the Shopee App? (TAG)

Kung hindi ka makapag-upload ng photos o videos sa Shopee App, posibleng hindi pa nabibigyan ng permiso ang app na ma-access ang media files ng iyong device.
Upang bigyan ng access ang Shopee App sas mga litrato sa iyong device:
Para sa mga Android user
Pumunta sa App settings ng iyong device > Piliin ang Shopee App > Permissions > Pindutin ang Files and media > Allow management of all files.
Para sa mga iOS user
Pumunta sa App settings ng iyong device > Piliin ang Shopee App > I-enable ang toggle para sa Camera.
Pagkatapos nito, buksan ang Shopee App at subukan muling mag-upload.
