Kung hindi ka nakakatanggap ng push notifications mula sa Shopee App, maaaring dahil ito sa permission settings ng iyong device. Siguraduhing may access ang app sa iyong Calendar upang ma-enable ang notifications.

Para sa mga Android user

Pumunta sa App settings ng iyong device > Piliin ang Shopee App > Permissions > Calendar > Allow.

Para sa mga iOS user

Pumunta sa App settings ng iyong device > Piliin ang Shopee App > Pindutin ang Notifications > I-enable ang toggle ng Allow Notifications.
