How can I get an Order Summary for my orders?

A system-generated Order Summary is provided for every completed transaction via the Shopee app or website. This non-taxable document includes details of all orders, shipping fees, and payment methods for each transaction on the Shopee platform.


⚠️ Note

· The Order Summary is a non-tax document and cannot be used for input tax claims.

· A Corrective Order Summary is issued only for orders with successful return/refund requests after the original Order Summary has been generated.

 

 

 

 

 

To view your Order Summary, go to the Me Tab > View Purchase History > select the order under Completed > go to the Order Details page > select E-invoice VIEW > Order Summary.
