How can I give delivery instructions for my order?

Shopee users can now add delivery instructions for their orders. You can request the rider to call before delivery or leave the parcel with the guard/reception.

To do so, go to the Me tab > scroll down and select Chat with Shopee > type “Delivery” and select the send icon > select the specific order > Set Delivery Instructions > select Leave at reception/guardhouse and/or Call before delivery > select Submit.

Once submitted, you can modify your selected instructions on the Order Details page. Select CHANGE found on the Deliver Instructions section > check/uncheck the preferred option > Confirm.

⚠️Note

The Delivery Instructions feature is currently available for SPX Express deliveries only.
You can set instructions after the courier picks up your order.
Modifications are allowed until the order is out for delivery.
