Shopee On-Time Delivery is a new feature that compensates shoppers with vouchers if their orders are not delivered within the estimated delivery date. You can check if the product is eligible through the following:

You'll get a compensation notice on your Product Details page or Order Details page. If you're eligible, you can claim a voucher that you can use on your next purchase (stackable with Free Shipping and/or Shop voucher).
What are the criteria for claiming the On-Time Delivery voucher?
The buyer should select the Order Received button within 3 days upon receipt of the parcel.
The buyer should claim the voucher within the voucher claim period of 3 days.
⚠️Note Please keep in mind that you will not be eligible for the On-Time Delivery voucher if any of the following is satisfied: 1. Selected the Order Received button before order meets the Guaranteed Delivery Date. 2. Delivery attempt failed due to buyer reason (ex. delivery address issue, buyer is unavailable, etc) 3. Order has already been processed for return to seller (RTS) before Guaranteed Delivery Date. 4. Order has already been approved for return/refund (RR) before Guaranteed Delivery Date. 5. In-transit delays caused by uncontrollable factors (ex. Force majeure). |
